What is life transformational coaching?

A transformational coaching goes beyond providing advice, strategies, or tasks to do. Instead, skillfully navigate the misunderstandings that hinder your clarity. What is your coaching style?

My coaching style is authentic, empathetic, and highly effective. With exceptional active listening skills, I create a safe space for you to explore and connect with your inner self. Through visualisation techniques and creative analogies, I help bring out the best in you. My powerful questioning will evoke transformative insights and lead to breakthrough moments. With a highly intuitive approach, I help you explore deep-rooted beliefs and overcome barriers to reach your highest potential.  

What is a discovery call?

A discovery call is an initial conversation between the coach and a prospective client to understand each other’s expectations, establish rapport, and assess whether they are a good fit to work together.

It allows the client to get a sense of the coach’s style, approach, and whether the client feels comfortable working with the coach. Similarly, the coach assesses the client’s commitment, readiness for coaching, and whether their expertise matches the client’s requirements.

What does successful coaching looks like?

The success of the coaching is highly dependent on you (as the coachee) in taking the lead in objectives, desired outcomes, changes, actions and follow-through of projects/results. Throughout our working relationship, I’ll engage with you in direct and personal conversations.

Successful coaching requires a co-active and collaborative relationship that is uniquely tailored to each individual. It goes beyond temporary fixes and helps you build the skills, mindset, and habits necessary for continuous growth and success.

What can I expect in our coaching session?

You can expect open and safe space. Confidentially is of the utmost priority. I’ll ask powerful questions to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs related to your transition.

We colloborate and work on goals setting, action plans, and developing strategies to overcome challenges. Sometimes, our sessions may include some exercises, reflections, and accountability to support your progress.

How long does each coaching session last?

1 hour for each session.

How many sessions of coaching do I need?

The duration depends on the complexity and individual needs. It can range from a few sessions to several months, with sessions usually held weekly or bi-weekly. The coaching process is flexible and can be adjusted as you progress through and achieve your desired outcomes. 

There may be cases where it’s not necessarily for a particular outcome but about growth, which we can further discuss during our Discovery Call. 

How is coaching different from therapy or counseling?

Therapy/ Counselling focuses on healing past wounds and resolving psychological issues. Whereas, coaching is future-oriented and action-oriented. Coaching helps individuals to get ‘unstuck’,  identify their goals, develop strategies, and move forward with purpose. However, the two sometimes could overlap.

Where does the coaching session take place?

I am based in Singapore. Most of my sessions are via video calls but I do offer in-person as well.
